I love this little app. I just wish it had a log.

I use this for work and like that its an unobtrusive timer that doesn’t hinder my recording setup at all. Its quick to put in place and doesn’t cause issues

This is a good practical timer. Instructions not intuitive, but otherwise easy to use.

Love this app. Its so easy and quick to set the time you need. No scrolling through a zillion numbers. I’m a coach so this app is perfect for me because my session times vary.

It is simple to use application. but the display got minimized each time I click on other pages.I Needed something that will stay on the display so i can see how much time is passing by. That is a huge draw back for me. other wise it is a doable one.

This app meets my needs perfectly.

I haven’t mastered all the details of its interface, but so far it has been good. On one occasion the countdown display on the task bar went from white numbers to something very dark blue, which couldn’t be seen with my black task bar. The only way to see the countdown was to hover the pointer over the numbers. So I removed/trashed the app and downloaded a fresh copy and that seems to have fixed the bug. But still great value for the price (free!).

Would be nice if it didn’t limit the number or times you can use the timer for how many days and such.

I’ve had this app for two months or more, and II use it a lot for simple reminders around the house: timing food, eBay reminders, setting limits on tasks… you name it. One feature I particularly like is having the ability to set custom alarm sounds (mostly I use music). Also, you can loop the sounds that come with the app, turn up the volume, and even if you’re away from the kitchen you’ll know it’s time to check whatever it is your cooking becasue the alarm is loud and keeps going until you turn it off. I’ve ditched my old kitchen timers that give only a few feeble beeps that can’t be heard more than a few feet away. The Pro’s are many; can’t think of any Con’s.

Downloaded today to use for a simple 30 min reminder without using my phone, but I quickly realized there are so many other uses for the app. So I went ahead and purchased the unlimited use “battery”. I love how I can see the timer countdown within the app icon on my dock. I can see myself using this a lot in the future. Only recommendation would be additional option for alarm sounds.

In spite of the added features I’d like to see, I give this app five stars because the timer feature on this app is PERFECT. I appreciate the simplicity of use and the customizable options. The menu bar countdown feature keeps me up-to-the-minute without interrupting my work. The full-version purchase was an easy decision. I use this app nearly every time I’m at my computer. The two features I would like to see added, however, is a count-up clock to easily pace my work. The other would be a time-specific alarm as a reminder to quit working. I tend to get tunnel-vision when I’m productive and I forget to look at the clock. Thanks to the developers for offering this app, and I look forward to any updates that come along.

If I had written this review yesterday I would have been 5 star. The core functions are exactly what I wanted. Today, I was bugged to write a review, and I see worrisome things like “In App purchase.” This may become what I call “Annoyanceware.” Things that waste time with messages and begging for money. It may NOT be so and this is the last time I will be bothered, but it prompted me to review now, so I am. If they had given me more time before bothering me, they might have gotten a higher rating. As of right now, 4 stars with the possibility of 5 if I’m not bothered again.

Well designed functions, easy to set time and start and pause. The interface looks nice too. The only sad thing is that there are some limitations without purchasing the “battery”.

I like this application. It’s easy to use and gives me a handy countdown timer right on my desktop. The size of the clock can also be changed, so it doesn’t take up too much room. Bold colors are included on the display. Nice app.

As advertised… works good. easy to install and use.

A timer app is pretty simple, but this one misses basic functionality. When the timer goes off, it repeats a sound 5 times then stops. It wants you to buy a “battery” — a number of timers. If I get bored I will write an app better than this, I just didn’t want to waste my time recoding something I’ve done in countless languages so many times… this is silly.

Going great - simple but functional. However, just tried to use; opened app - and nothing appeared on my screen. Just got the reminder to click & rate. Able to set from icon on dock; and from menu; but not from the teakettle opening…. ?? Don’t have time to figure out - but maybe w/ a restart it will work.

Looking for something to run during client calls or when leading webinars that was visua, but inobtrusive in the background… very easy to use. Like it.
